Lincat opus Carbon steel Gas Griddle, made from a thick machined steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution and a precise thermostatic control of two independent cooking zones giving the griddle versatility and efficient operation.
The flushed radiused sides, large fat collection drawer and included scraper aid in keeping the machine easily cleanable.
